1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment.
- Guests must provide valid ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, or Driver’s License) at check-in.
- The resort reserves the right to cancel any booking if fraudulent or incomplete information is provided.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Refunds for bookings made via third-party platforms must be handled directly with them.
4. Resort Policies
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the resort premises to maintain an eco-friendly environment.
- No televisions are provided in rooms to encourage a nature-focused experience.
- Outside food and alcohol are not allowed unless pre-approved by the management.
- Loud music is prohibited after 10:00 PM to maintain the serene ambiance.
5. Property & Safety Guidelines
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the resort is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Any damage to resort property caused by guests must be compensated as per management’s assessment.
- Guests must adhere to safety guidelines during activities like trekking, campfires, and off-road experiences.
6. Activities & Experiences
- Outdoor activities such as campfires, sports, and farming experiences are subject to weather conditions.
- Off-road transportation provided by the resort is used at the guest’s own risk.
7. Group Bookings & Self-Cooking
- Self-cooking is available only for group bookings, with kitchen facilities and gas provided.
- Guests must maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
8. Wildlife & Nature Conservation
- As the resort is located in a natural habitat, guests must respect the environment and avoid littering.
- Interfering with wildlife or damaging plants and trees is strictly prohibited.
9. Force Majeure
- The resort is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service disruptions due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Right to Admission
- Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion, especially in cases of misconduct or policy violations.
