Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Stream Woods Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth operations.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 10 days before check-in: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund will be provided.
  • No-shows or early departures: No refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
  • Any service charges or transaction fees incurred during payment processing are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., travel agencies, online booking sites) must be handled directly with the respective platform.

3. Modification & Rescheduling

  • Date changes are allowed at no extra cost if requested at least 10 days before the check-in date (subject to availability).
  • If rescheduling within 7-10 days before check-in, a 10% rescheduling fee will apply.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before check-in are not permitted.

4. Force Majeure Policy

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, we may offer rescheduling options instead of refunds.
